Terms and conditions
By completing the registration form on the website, you declare that you agree with these general terms and conditions.
After your registration, you will instantly receive an automatic e-mail at the e-mail address you provided with a confirmation of your registration. The registration period closes 5 days before the start of the symposium. However, your registration is only definitive after receipt of the payment of the registration fee.
Cancellation
You can cancel your registration up to two weeks before the start of the symposium. We only accept a written cancellation on the email address info@bwgcvn.be.
Cancellations that are passed less than two weeks before the start of the symposium can no longer be accepted. You can delegate a substitute. Not paying before the start of the event does not count as cancellation.
If the organizer cancels the symposium himself, you will be notified and the registration fee will be refunded in full. The organization reserves the right to refuse registrations if the number of registrations exceeds the number of available places. If the organizer cancels or cancels his event due to reasons of force majeure, hand or god, terrorism or strike, the tickets will not be refunded. The person who registers explicitly accepts this.
Liability
The organizer is not responsible for accidents to and from the event. The organizer accepts no liability for damage suffered by participants or others during the symposium, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Intellectual property rights
All intellectual property rights – including but not limited to copyright and trademark rights – relating to logos, websites, presentations, documentation and other matters developed and used by the organizer are exclusively vested in the organizer.
It is not permitted to use the documentation, presentation material and knowledge developed or used by the organizer, or to cooperate with third parties, without explicit permission to set up or organize courses, courses and symposiums in the broadest sense of the word.
Privacy
All information provided by the participant in order to register for the symposium will be recorded by the organizer in its administration. Information provided is only used for the transmission of information related to the registration and the symposium.
By signing the agreement or by registering for the symposium you give permission to the organizer to use this data for the aforementioned purposes.
